1. Model : LM615CL TABLE-TOP model. (With temperature control system)

2. Roller size diameter : 6 inches（152.4mm）, length :15 inches（381mm） drilled rolls which made of chrome-nickel alloy steel. surface : harden treatment, grinding,  and hard chrome plated.

3. Motor : AC5HP inverter motor with brake and inverter. 

4. Roller speed : front speed is 22rpm and rear roller is 18rpm. 

5. Roller Friction Ratio : 1:1.22

6. Reducer reduction ratio : 1:43

7. Roller gap adjustment : manual adjustment with a gap indicator.

8. Frames : welded by SS41 steel plate and enhanced structure. annealing and finishing the right & left after welding. 

9. Base : all parts are fixed in the common base, half-closed type welded by a large channel steel and steel plate. after welding do annealing and finishing.

10. Roller bearing bush : Fc30 cast iron, skf double row ball bearing.

11. Stock guide : made by alloy copper , width can be adjusted. 

12. Power tray : made by stainless steel.

13. Lubrication : bearing grease lubrication. 

14. Emergency safety device: there are knee emergency brake plate and on the front and rear have two emergency buttons that will reverse 1/4 circle and stop completely after touching the emergency button. 

15. Roller heating : pressure rotary joint. 

16. Appearance : except rollers, the drive parts are closed in the box.

17. Electric control unit : operation panel, thermometer, and switch buttons, etc.

2. Roller diameter : 8 inches (203.2mm) , length : 24 inches (610mm) . drilled rolls which made of chrome nickel alloy steel. surface hardness treatment, grinding, and hard chrome plated. 

3. Power : two sets of AC 7  1/2hp three-phase induction motor with brake and inverter. 

4. Roller speed : front and rear rolls speed can adjustable separately. front is 22.3rpm, rear roller is 18.5rpm. 

5. Roller friction : adjustable.

6. Reducer :  reduction ratio: 1:1.45

7. Roller gap adjustment : manual adjustment.

8. Frames : welded by ss41 steel plate, enhanced structure which is applicable to hard-rubber. annealing and finishing the right & left after welding. 

9. Base : all parts are fixed in the common base, half-closed type welded by a large channel steel and steel plate. after welding do annealing and finishing.
